Refound Policy

● Request refund at the Office DH 203
● Refunds must be processed within the specified timeframe. Please refer to the refund guidelines below.
● Refund processing takes 7-10 working days.
● Only tuition cost may be refunded, insurance costs are non-refundable.
● Tuition for culture classes is non-refundable after class commencement.
 

1. These guidelines are based on the Ministry of Education’s Guidelines for Colleges with Extension Education Programs.
2. In these guidelines, “refunds” refer to tuition fees only. Other fees, including application fees and insurance costs, are non-refundable. 90% will be refunded for refund applications submitted no later than the day before class commencement. 50% will be refunded for refund applications submitted before 1/3 of the course time elapsed. No refund will be offered for refund applications submitted exceed 1/3 of the course time elapsed.
3. We regret that no refund will be offered after the commencement of culture classes.
4. Full refund will be offered if the course is cancelled for any reason.
5. Any student that wishes to apply for a refund whose situation does not fall under any of the aforementioned categories is to submit their refund request in writing. Refund may be processed after their refund request is approved by the Chairman of the Language Center.
6. These guidelines and any amendments thereto shall take effect after approved by the President.
